Co-founder, Dr. Sheryl Fulop, gave a talk to the Pierce College Pre-Vet Club on Tuesday. She discussed her path to becoming a veterinarian and some of the challenges facing the profession today. She also talked about her new endeavor into the fast growing “In Home Pet Care” field. Dr. Fulop feels that many clients are seeking this type of service for their animals because coming to the home reduces the stress on the pets and their owners. Many students expressed an interest in volunteering to get experience with a veterinarian and hands-on horse experience.
